After a change of hosting arrangements, a small number of users have been having difficulty logging in.
What we have found to fix the situation is to temporarily log in once using the ‘private browsing’ mode on your browser.
Safari and Firefox: File > New Private Window
Chrome: File > New Incognito Window
On mobile devices the process is similar.
The other thing to check is that you do not have cookies blocked as the PPL/IR website cannot work without them.
