Resetting or changing your password

Changing your password (or username or any other details) can be done by editing your profile.

To edit your profile, log in and then click on the "Edit Profile" link in the Member Login box on the left hand side of the screen.  You can now edit any of your profile details - your username and password are in the "Contact Info" tab.

If you have forgotten your password then you can get a new one generated and emailed to you by clicking on the "Forgot login?" link in the Member Login box.

You must know your username and email address to reset your password.  Check the "Lost Password" checkbox and enter your username and email address then click on "Send Password" and a new password will be generated and sent to you.

Note that you need to actually type in the fields as if you just paste the information in the "Send Password" link will remain greyed out.

If you don't know your username, then check the "Lost Username" box and enter your email address then click Send button.

Note that this will only send you your username and you can then use this to reset your password as described above.

If you have never logged into the website or are a member whose subscripton lapsed before migration to the new website then your username will have been set to your email address as part of the migration process.

Once you have logged in using your changed password then please change your username and password to something that you can remember going forward, and also please take the time to update your other profile details.

If all else fails and you're still stuck, you can send an mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
